Now that my office has moved, things have gotten a bit quiet for us.
Last Saturday we went to Bubba Gump Shrimp Company and had some delicious coconut shrimp, our Valentine's Day celebration. We had a pretty good time too!
Valentine's Day we had some friends over and held a BBQ. We were going to the snow the next day and they were spending the night so we could leave early the next morning.
President's Day we headed out to the snow, Mountain High, and had so much fun just sledding. A couple of us got a little bruised but thankfully nothing major. After that we went to Isladora Fish Company, located next to Bass Pro Shop in RC, and had lunner (lunch & dinner). They have alligator so of course we had to try it and it wasn't bad.
Now I am feeling a little sick but I'm really trying hard to not let it get bad.
